The tri-tip roast is a rare one to find, as I’m sure you know! This premium cut is located at the bottom tip of the sirloin. Any self proclaimed beef connoisseur will thoroughly enjoy the bold, beefy flavor of our Tri-Tips with an incredible thick marbling and fat cap that melt into the meat as it cooks.
Tri-Tip Roasts can be smoked, oven roasted, or grilled. For optimal flavoring, score the fat cap prior to applying any marinade or rub to allow for full absorption.
